This was one of my best breakfast experiences. If you haven't been there do yourself a favor and go and experience all they offer. Will certainly visit again and again Promise I will visit again , just did that and treat ourselves with a Xmas lunch 2024. They stood up to our spectations. Will definitely visit again. By the way being served by a 5 star waitress.
This review is not related to the food that we had, since in our experience that is always spot on. This review is with regards to the excellent way how staff and management responded to a complaint. With our dinner my wife had a glass of wine. When she finished the wine, she noticed that there was sediment in the glass. We mentioned this to the waitress, who immediately reported this to the bar and the manager. After that, the manager herself came to our table, appologized for what happened and offered to either give a new glass of wine or deduct the wine from the bill. We were very pleased with the way our complaint was handled, without even entering into a discussion about it. This is how hospitality should be. Our compliments.
The food was devine 10/10,we arrived just in time for happy hour and our waitress Pearl communicated with us that the bar is busy (since it's happy hour) drinks could take time. We loved the transparency,the drinks didn't even take long. She moves like a cheetah .Her speed of service is unmatched. We'll definitely be visiting again.
